0x is live on Arc from Day 1

Bringing swaps and cross-chain access to Arc, the economic OS for the internet, from day one.

September 16, 2026

Arc mainnet is live on 0x Swap API and Cross-Chain API from day one. Teams building on 0x can quote and execute swaps on Arc, and move assets in and out of Arc from every other network 0x supports, starting today.

Arc is an open, EVM-compatible Layer-1 built for financial markets, real-time money movement, and agentic economic activity. It uses stablecoins as gas, starting with USDC, and launches with deterministic sub-second finality, predictable dollar-based fees, and live markets across lending, borrowing, trading, onchain FX, payments, and tokenized assets.

For teams evaluating Arc, the question is rarely whether the chain matters. It is how much infrastructure you need to build before users can transact there. 0x removes most of that work: liquidity sourcing, routing, cross-chain execution, and transaction infrastructure are available through the same APIs you already use.

What 0x supports on Arc

0x supports Arc across two infrastructure layers from launch:

  • Swap API for same-chain swaps on Arc, aggregating liquidity from every onchain source 0x indexes on the network
  • Cross-Chain API for moving assets to and from Arc across all other 0x-supported chains, with CCTP among the bridging routes for the USDC leg

Together, these give your team a single integration path for both same-chain and cross-chain flows on Arc, using the same endpoints you use on every other supported chain.

Built for how Arc handles USDC

Arc uses a stablecoin as its gas token. USDC exists on Arc as one asset with two interfaces: the chain's native asset and an ERC-20 token.

0x Swap API accepts either representation in requests. Amounts are always expressed in the base units of the asset you request, so there is no hidden decimal conversion between your integration and settlement. Liquidity is sourced in whatever form each venue provides it, and 0x Swap API handles conversion under the hood.

This matters for anyone building payments or FX products on Arc. Your users can pay gas, hold balances, and settle trades in the same dollar-denominated asset, and your integration does not need to special-case the chain.

What this unlocks for your product

Arc launches with a different profile from most new chains: stablecoin gas, predictable fees, and an institutional validator set, with a launch ecosystem that spans wallets, exchanges, custodians, bridges, and RWA issuers. That shape suits three categories of integrators in particular.

Wallets and exchanges

Users arriving on Arc need a way to swap and a way to get there. With 0x Swap API and Cross-Chain API, a wallet or exchange can offer both from one integration: swap on Arc, bridge in from any supported chain, and bridge back out, without stitching together separate DEX, bridge, and routing providers.

Payments and onchain FX

Arc's dollar-based fees and sub-second finality make it a natural settlement layer for payments. 0x Swap API lets a payments product accept any token a user holds and settle in USDC or a local fiat stablecoin on Arc, in one transaction, with fee controls to collect revenue in the token you choose.

Tokenized assets

Arc is launching with tokenized assets live from day one, and more issuers are expected in the weeks after launch. 0x gives applications a single API to connect users to that liquidity as it comes online, alongside the RWA liquidity 0x already supports on other networks.

Built on a longstanding relationship with Circle

0x has worked with Circle's infrastructure well before Arc. 0x Cross-Chain API launched with CCTP as a bridging route, and 0x integrated CCTP Forwarding earlier this year, which now settles USDC transfers on Matcha Meta. 0x also supports Circle's Agent Stack, so agents can pay for 0x API requests in USDC.

Day one support for Arc extends that work to a network built around stablecoins from the ground up. As more financial activity settles in stablecoins, 0x will keep building the infrastructure integrators need to reach users and liquidity wherever they are.

Start building on Arc with 0x

To get started, create a free 0x account and request a quote on Arc using the same Swap API and Cross-Chain API endpoints you use on every other chain. Full details are in the 0x docs.
